Artist Loft with a View

This was a makeover of a 1970's split level.  We modernized the Master Bath by expanding it and adding a dramatic clerestory window.  We also added a third story to create a loft space to take better advantage of the view - all while staying under the City of Edmonds' 25' height limit.
