That 70's House - with a View

We completely modernized this 1970's split level. We enlarged the main floor, modernized the Master Bathroom and added a 3rd floor loft with decks toward the view.

Climb 48 steps up to the front door of this former 1 story bungalow.  Now it's a luxury 3 story view home with panoramic views from Elliot Bay to the Ship Canal.

60's Rambler 2nd Story

Here's a Mukilteo rambler that we modernized and upgraded without it looking like an addition.  No more small rooms and confined spaces.  It has a new larger kitchen that's open to a great room and a new master suite upstairs.

1920's Bungalow Redux

This is a modern adaptation of an existing 1920's bungalow in Edmonds.  Once only 800 square feet, now nearly 3000 with room for a growing family.  We sought to be true to the original architectural form while providing a more contemporary layout.
