Permit Processing
Obtaining a building permit can be a complex and time consuming
process for folks who don't do it for a living. As regulations
become more complex the specific requirements for application become
more complex and vary from municipality to municipality.
Because of this we generally take the responsibility of applying for
and processing the building permit.
In municipalities such as Seattle and King County we always provide
that service. This includes filling out application forms,
assembling the necessary documentation, attending an intake
appointment. We also periodically check on the progress of the
application in order to help move it along.
