Pre-design
In this phase we complete any research
necessary that could not be completed online. We may visit the
site and take photographs or measurements. This is how we
identify existing view corridors and any adjacent development that
might affect how we design the home. Sometimes we locate
significant vegetation that we want to design around. We may
visit the building or planning departments to get answers to
questions. We try to physically collect all the remaining
information necessary to design your home.
