A number of our neighborhood designs won public competitions. At High Point and Mapes Creek we were chosen out of a number of competitors as having the best design for those parcels.

Our neighborhood designs blend high quality private and public open spaces. They minimize the space allotted for vehicular circulation while providing a comfortable pedestrian environment.
