At
Riverton Park Cottages we employ a number of strategies designed to
foster a sense of community. The first way we accomplish this
is by providing a welcoming, neighborly streetscape.
- Extensive landscaping & low decorative fencing
- Houses with their fronts facing the street
- Houses with front doors facing the street
- Driveways framed by buildings
- Garages on the street have windows and exterior treatment similar to the houses facing the street (there are no blank facades)
- All surface parking is screened by the buildings
