This cottage plan has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths with the Master Suite on the second floor. The Sun Room has soaring 13' tall ceilings. The Loft is open to the Sun Room and Entry below. As in all of the plans, it has a covered Porch the size of a bedroom.
