Park Cottages is comprised of 10
cottages and 8 bungalows. The units have large, room size
front porches but are otherwise are roughly half the size of a
traditional house. The cottages are
nearly 1000 square feet in floor area and the bungalows are nearly
1500 square feet. We have 6 typical plans - 3 cottage plans and
3 bungalow plans.
