Riverton Park Cottages
Riverton Park Cottages is an infill development of 18 single family homes in Tukwila. It is part of the City of Tukwila's "Housing Options Program" comprised of 10 "cottages" and 8 "compact single family homes" (which we refer to as "bungalows").

Housing Innovation
Cottage developments represent one of the latest trends in housing innovation. Generally situated around a common courtyard, they encourage a high degree of community while providing smaller homes in a smaller footprint. Riverton Park Cottages is our first such project. The two pedestrian courtyards provide common points of access to each of the homes, are open and adjacent to the front porches of each home and provide a transition between public and private spaces.
